The Villa
Enter the enormous coral stone and brick driveway to the villa’s soaring foyer. Immediately the monumental volume of the living area encourages residents to absorb the magical exterior views. Living room features a surround sound system, 2 contemporary yet comfortable seating areas with sofa sleepers and a Chinese opium bed for daytime lounging or additional guests. Retractable doors open completely from the living room onto a pool patio with a Japanese inspired slate stonewall with fountain feature and rectangular lap pool.
Meals are enjoyed in the elegant dining room that closes for intimate get together. There is also an outdoor patio dining table for al fresco entertaining complete with iron candelabras and buffet nook. Hosts will appreciate a social kitchen with custom state of the art cabinetry that close automatically. An equally appointed staff kitchen with classic granite counters, Viking and General Electric stainless steel appliances. Shell fossil imbued coral floors are soft and cool on bare feet and are the preferred floors of stylish Dominican residences like Oscar de la Renta. Bathrooms are spa inspired with carrara marble vanities, showers with coral and teak accents and impeccably timeless white tiles.
Master bedroom features oversized walk in his and hers shower, vintage inspired bathtub and separate toilet and bidet quarter.
